To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags intact, and in original packaging. If you are trying a product for fit, handle it carefully and avoid removing tags or opening multiple pieces in a pack unless you are sure you want to keep them.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact BoxyCrew support as soon as possible with your Order ID and the required proof. For such cases, an unboxing video is mandatory, and it should clearly show the sealed package, shipping label, and full opening process.
