We offer standard shipping across eligible serviceable locations in India. Orders are typically delivered within up to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Expedited Shipping

Customers may choose expedited shipping at an additional charge of ₹100. Orders placed with expedited shipping are typically delivered within 2 business days, subject to serviceability and courier coverage in the delivery area.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. During launches, sales, holidays, festivals, or periods of high order volume, dispatch and delivery timelines may be slightly delayed.

While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, local restrictions, operational disruptions, or courier delays.

Serviceability

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your city, PIN code, and courier partner serviceability. Expedited shipping is available only in eligible serviceable locations.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and PIN code are entered correctly at checkout. Boxy Crew will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
